If you're a landlord looking for a fixed rental income, paid on time every month without any of the stresses that often come with renting out a property, then letting with Supported Housing Fellowship may be the path for you!
Step 1: If you’re a landlord with a vacant property or recently purchased property and would like to help out our cause and provide accommodation to homeless and vulnerable adults, contact us to see if your property is a good fit with our rental scheme.
Step 2: One of our housing team will then meet you at the property in question to provide a full inspection. We will collate and check all required certificates that are needed for renting a property.
Step 3: A lease agreement of up to five years is then completed in order to finalise and formalise the process.
If you want to help these vulnerable adults as well as earning a guaranteed stress-free income, get in touch today to discuss your property and what we do as a company.
Our residents:
Our residents are some of the most vulnerable men and women within the community, these individuals are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to domestic violence or addiction and need our help to get them into safe accommodation and provide them with support and vital life skills so that they can live a fully independent life.
Our Management:
All of our residents are offered regular, on-going support as well as given regular visits from our team to ensure that the property is being taken care of and there are no problems arising. These regular visits and ongoing support provides our landlords with peace of mind, knowing that their properties are well taken care of and checked on regularly.
With homelessness and domestic violence on the rise – especially now due to COVID19 – we are desperate to find more properties for the most vulnerable members of our community.
